THE PENINSULA RANGE

The Peninsula or 'PE' label represents the first tier in the Paringa Estate range. In recent years Paringa has renewed its focus in ensuring the Peninsula range over delivers on quality, this Shiraz is no exception.

WINEMAKING

2016 was an early vintage and the warm growing season, making it very favourable for Shiraz on the Peninsula. Resultant wines display great depth of colour and vibrant fruit.

In the winery berries were de-stemmed and co-fermented with 5% Viognier in two-tonne open fermenters. Post fermentation, barrel maturation took place for 11 months.
