Age Good Food Guide Chef's Hat12th September 2016
In the Age Good Food Guide's 37th year, Paringa Estate Winery & Restaurant backed up another stellar year by retaining it's one Chef Hat rating in the 2017 Age Good Food Guide.
Owner Lindsay McCall and head Chef Julian Hills were thrilled with the result of one chef's hat for the fourth consecutive year . In his sixth year at Paringa Estate, Chef Julian Hills brings "ambitious French-accented cooking which underpins a serious dining experience." Recent refurbishment of the property in mid 2016 delivers new gardens, floor to ceiling winery views and kitchen extensions that create a smart modern feel, but in accord with the existing rustic building.
The award gives further credence to Paringa Estate Winery & Restaurant's status as not only one of the Mornington Peninsula's finest dining venues (1 of 4 chefs hatted venues), but also ranks it as one of regional Victoria's best 30 restaurants.
