Welsh born Head Chef Adam Beckett has put together an exciting 5 course degustation.  All dishes are new creations that have never graced the menu at Paringa Estate.  Each course is developed from his unique journey working in some of the UK’s finest Michelin starred restaurants and Australia’s iconic Quay & Vue de Monde.  We also welcome you to pull out a bottle from your home cellar and bring it along. 

Normally held on the 2nd Friday of every second month, this 5 course menu is $95.00 per person and $10 per bottle of wine.
