By the late nineties, the Paringa wines were winning numerous awards, and getting excellent reviews from the media, so it was time for Lindsay to pursue another vision, to open a restaurant. He wanted food that would match the quality of his wines. The Paringa Restaurant opened in 1999, next to the winery on Paringa Road.

The Paringa Estate dining room is a place of light and energy. Omnipresent is the immaculate home vineyard curling around the gently undulating slopes of Red Hill. It’s a profound and everchanging presence, painted with the colours of the seasons.


Then there are the dynamic views of the winery and kitchen at work, producing some of the finest wine and food in the region.
