Low yields in 2023 have produced a highly aromatic viognier. Orange blossom, rose petal, peach and apricot aromas lead onto a luscious palate, which has delicately nuanced fruit flavours and finely balanced acid.
The fruit is handpicked, whole bunch
pressed, and fermented in seasoned French barriques. It is then aged for nine
months prior to bottling.
