Our riesling comes from the thirty-year-old Thacore Vineyard in Callanans Road, Red Hill South.
We build power and complexity in this wine by fermenting a portion of the juice in seasoned oak puncheons. The rest of the juice ferments in stainless steel to impart freshness and vitality.
