2024 Peninsula Pinot Noir 94 POINTS
All shades of blue and purple, if we’re tasting in colours, here. This juicy Mornington Peninsula Pinot offers supple berry and savory spice – a half turn of the pepper grinder – with a stony mineral quality beneath. The palate comes in curves and flows; it packs an acidic punch, but the core of fruit pads it out. In rush the sappy, fine tannins. Punches above its price point.
2022 Estate Pinot Noir 93 POINTS
Spicy, peppery blue and red fruit with some dried herbs and a touch of vanillin oak all lend complexity and a feeling of bottle age to this lightweight, cool-climate Pinot. The palate is silky with supple red berry flavours to finish. An elegant, ethereal bottling that’s complete and ready to drink now.
2022 Peninsula Shiraz 94 POINTS
Like the turn of a pepper grinder over blackberry jam, this is a supple and spicy Shiraz from the maritime region of Mornington Peninsula. It fills the mouth with rich blackberry and plum fruit, but it never feels heavy, thanks to lifted cool-climate acidity and a tug of savory tannins. Elegant and still primary in spite of several years in bottle, this drinks well now with protein but should evolve beautifully in glass over the next several years.
2024 Estate Shiraz 94 POINTS
Give this still-young Shiraz a brief time in decanter or some good swirls in glass for it to release its generous dark berry and plum-saturated aromas, followed by pepper, liquorice, black olive, thyme, and an earthier note, like purple beets just plucked from the soil. Voluptuous, mouth filling, and packed with both plump fruit and ripe tannins, it’s dense and primary, but is should evolve sumptuously with several more years in the bottle and then could age until 2040.
2024 Peninsula Chardonnay 94 POINTS
Bright creamy lemony vibes open this maritime-influenced bottling from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. There’s notes of green melon and a toasty underbelly. Lovely high-toned acidity on the palate instantly gets the mouth watering and the tongue tingling. Subtle creamy nuances add textural weight and food friendliness, leading to a long finish. A delightful modern Aussie Chardy.

Reductive struck match and nougat notes add dimension to the waxy lemon, orange peel, and subtly spiced tropical fruit characters. It’s mouthfilling with lovely freshness, toasty edges, and a core of fleshy fruit to a long finish.
