Announcing our third Back Vintage Dinner at Paringa Estate, an extension of our exclusive annual Back Vintage Wine Tasting held every December.

 

Join us for a unique opportunity to taste and celebrate past Paringa vintages with owner and winemaker Lindsay McCall.

 

Head Chef Nick McGonigal will curate a delightful three-course menu perfectly paired with Lindsay’s favorite back vintage wines.

 

Guests will also have the chance to purchase these exclusive back vintage wines during the event.
