Pale gold in colour, it has fine bubbles, and a complex, expressive nose brimming with notes of white flowers, brioche, nuts and citrus. The palate is fresh and lively, with delicate flavours of green apple and hazelnut. Aging on lees adds to its’ a creamy texture. The finish is long, lingering and dry.
This is the second release of our Cuvee Blanc. It’s a blend of 60% chardonnay & 40% pinot noir from the Hawkins Hill vineyard in Paringa Road.
Aged on lees for three years, it was disgorged in September 2025.
