This is classic cool climate shiraz from a truly great vintage. Aromas of damson and mulberry, mingle black pepper notes. The palate is opulent and powerful, with fine-grained tannins giving structure and balance. The finish is long and savoury.
The fruit for our estate blend comes from the Quintana
and Paringa Estate vineyards.
2025 has produced perfumed and powerful shiraz with excellent
aging potential.
After fermentation in our oak foudres, the shiraz is
aged for ten months in new and seasoned French oak barriques.
