The 2025 blend is highly fragrant. Skillful use of whole bunch fermentation adds an extra layer of aromatic complexity; hints of briar and wild herbs mingle with the base notes of red and dark cherries.
The ‘Estate’ Pinot Noir is a blend of fruit from our best vineyard blocks.
Bright and supple upon entry, it has a solid core of lively sweet fruit and intense flavours. Finely coating tannins extend the full length of the palate and create a long uplifting finish.
