We’re excited to host our ‘Unlock the Cellar’ Wine Dinner at Paringa Estate, an unforgettable evening celebrating the depth and elegance of our cellar treasures.

Join Paringa Estate owner and winemaker Lindsay McCall who is unlocking his cellar and sharing some of his most cherished vintages, expertly paired with a five-course menu curated by Head Chef Josh Kraupner-Taylor.

This is a rare chance to explore the evolution of Paringa Estate wines over time, all in the intimate surrounds of our Red Hill Estate. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase these limited back vintage wines during the event.
